We believe you should embrace Artificial Intelligence (AI) with open arms, but use caution. We know many of you are familiar with AI, but let’s level-set first to ensure everyone’s on the same page and understands why some might be hesitant or even fearful of it.

There are many tasks that require human thought and creativity. While computers can handle some of these, they need a massive amount of data to be “fed.” The computer then identifies patterns and relationships within this data – that’s Artificial Intelligence.

While AI offers many benefits, it can be flawed because the data it’s trained on may be flawed itself. This is where diversity is crucial. Consider siblings who grew up together; they might see the world and events in entirely different ways. The same applies to the people providing data to computers. Another example: if you constantly talk about cleaning, your social media feeds (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) will be flooded with cleaning tips. This can be both good and bad.

In our opinion, Artificial Intelligence is excellent for inspiration or creating outlines for your digital marketing needs. However, it’s not ideal for the final product (at least not yet). Like many things, using AI effectively requires discernment. But, it can definitely accelerate your marketing processes and help you get to market faster. So go for it! Experiment with AI and see how it works for you.
